I have been in the fitness industry since 2001 and have worked with a whole host of clients ranging from celebrities, pop stars and journalists to weight loss clients and post-natal ladies to semi-professional athletes and top Age Group triathletes. One of the major concerns from people wanting to exercise is the confusion of 'what to do?' and 'how often should I be doing it?'. There are so many confusing and conflicting articles and suggestions reported in the media, that rather than people trying out each and seeing what works for them, they stay away from the gym.
The online coaching and programming that I offer combines my experience in the personal training industry along with my Sports Science degree and many years of program writing to take all the stress out of figuring out what to do and when – I will send you a program every week detailing exactly what to do on what day for the following week.
